Some workout plans like P90x require exercising 6-7 days a week for
60-90 minutes. Who has the time to do that…and in front of a TV? No
thanks! Over years of trial and error, I’ve developed extremely
efficient strength training workouts by selecting the most effective
exercises and combining them into circuits – what I call “Strength Circuits™“.
You get strength and cardio benefits in each fat-burning workout while
spending less time working out. All you need are the easy to follow
“grab and go” workout sheets you can take anywhere.
A gym membership, or some dumbbells and a bench is the only equipment required to get a serious workout. Because the workouts are only a few times per week, this program is sustainable for the long haul. Most other workout plans are NOT sustainable and don’t empower you to be lean, strong, and fit for the rest of your life.

reduces risk of injury, so even if you are completely out of shape, you
