 Some workout plans like P90x require exercising 6-7 days a week for 
60-90 minutes. Who has the time to do that…and in front of a TV? No 
thanks! Over years of trial and error, I’ve developed extremely 
efficient strength training workouts by selecting the most effective 
exercises and combining them into circuits – what I call “
Strength Circuits™“.
 You get strength and cardio benefits in each fat-burning workout while 
spending less time working out. All you need are the easy to follow 
“grab and go” workout sheets you can take anywhere. 
 
 A gym membership, or some dumbbells and a bench is the only equipment required to get a serious workout. Because the workouts are only a few times per week, this program is sustainable for the long haul.  reduces risk of injury, so even if you are completely out of shape, you

 back problems, so I made sure this workout plan was very low back
